Its pure sensonallist tabloid crap. Do not trust them if they report the sun is bright; chances are they say that on the day of a solar equilipse. Or however you spell those words.

The toy is obviously hand made, either formed of clay or a sewn-together beanbag thing.  Either way, it is kinda funny.  So, if this is Hulk, does this mean that the hornier he gets, the larger....
