Pretty darn good, actually.  It has a leg up on most webcomics in the art department, and I actually quite like the humor.  It reminds me a lot of the Perry Bible Fellowship, though.

Ha, wow, a strip without regular characters or plotlines. That's kind of a rarity these days. This definitely made me laugh. Good job there.

Wow - thaks for all of the positive feedback! I've been at this for just over a month now, and its nice to hear that I'm not wasting my time :)

Do any of you guys know of a more effective (and possibly more socially acceptable) way of advertising a webcomic than spamming all of the vaguely-comic-related rant forums that I can find?

keenspace will let you in no matter what... if you use their servers. Keenspot is more exclusive. I don't know what Dumbrella requires.

I would check out ranking sites, like buzzcomix.net. They're not a group you join, but the more people who click through to vote for you the higher you go in the rankings. A few weeks spent up in the top 20 or so is usually enough to get you started, from what I've seen.

If you want to get some publicity, just hit the comixpedia forums and ask around. There are a lot of great cartoonists and fans there. Make sure to put your site in your sig. :)
