I really need to buy this. The concept of d20 Future as a generic set of SF rules for d20 sounds much better than their Star Wars system was. Of course, I'm not seeing the things balanced like I saw them in B5. Still plenty o' hit points and such.

I've had this for a while. But alas most people I know aren't really looking for a sci-fi-ed game. Most of my friends want D&D, or they've lost their roots and don't even want to play. Oh, such sad times.

But I do like the book. As Fell said there are tons of litle things here and there. My favorite part of the book are the "upgrade" like features. Where you can add a certain ability or more equipment to something. I forget what they're actually called, but they are neat. The sad part though is that the book just ends. As if they ran out of room or something.

Meh. Gurps for me.
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

Oh, this is a great book.  I am currently running a d20 modern and I use the d20 future a lot in the campaign.  I especially love how the book allows you to incorporate various technology progression into the game.  It rocks.

While I have not used the book myself, I do enjoy MoreDew's campaign.  His incorporation of various techs and mutations has been interesting to experience.  In that sense I think this is a great book.
