I didn't read the whole article. Was there anything about possible multiplayer support?

It didn't mention multi-player, which is too bad because that would have made a great addition to the first one. They may or may not include it--it doesn't say.

And yes, this is more or less sim-pirate. Tropico 1 was basically sim-dictator, so you can see they have a habit of morally questionable themes. I love it.

That looks awesome, although I would still like to see a revamping of the original rather than an entirely new game.
