Go team Coast Guard !

We've done so many SAR sorties its unbelieveable, as of noon today (Central time), the Coast Guard had rescued a total of 15,665 people.

Remember that in 2004 we had 40,000 rescues all total.


Thats 15665 in just 4 days.


Over 9000 of the rescues were from New Orleans Hospitals

They're doing good work out there. I hope the sniper situation is becoming more in control so that they're also safe while they're saving lives.
