My bus driver skipped my stop even though I pulled the cord today.  This in and of itself would not make me grumpy, except that this has happened to me every day for the last three days.  With three different bus drivers.  Am I invisible?  Am I not a person?  This also would not be a big deal if I wasn't coming off eight hour shifts on my feet staring at many many beads.  This doesn't put me in a mood to walk up a hill for three blocks.

Well, I wasn't going to tell you this, but considering the circumstances... Okay, I am just going to come right out and say it. You aren't a person so much as... a really big fish.   ;)

Did you yell "Stop! I pulled the cord, so you have to let me off here!"?

This isn't so much grumpy as sad and distressed. But anyway. I wanted somewhere to rant a little.
My boyfriend has probably got a heart condition that will need surgery.

Apart from that being scary,
Our local hospital really sucks. Three times, he went in with a heart rate of around 150, feverish, headache, etc. Each time he told them that he could possibly have a heart problem, according to tests he's had before. He was politely ignored. The third time he was there he stayed a week. They still didn't know what was wrong. Because they didn't know, they decided it was probably "psychological". He got his dad to sign him out, and went home.

After 1/2 hour with his GP, he had been told about ten things which it could be one of, and made 3 appointments to have further tests etc. I'll say it again, that hospital sucks.

I have a heart condition that'll probably require surgery too, and it already has.

Hasn't killed me yet.

When my mother had her brain haemorrhage, and she was taken there, you wouldn't believe the utter >rubbish< they' out with.  Like, almost the opposite to what needs to be done / is wrong / has to happen etc.

Same re: my many times spent in there with my allergy.

Most Doctors and Hospitals arel ike that, they don'thave a clue.

I agree, Hospitals are horrible.

I'm gumpy because some idiot who has a hard time in English has written a novel in ENglish (for heaven only knows what reason) and has asked for my opinion on a section of it, and then when I gave my opinion continues to waste a chunk of my life arguing with me about it.

I'm not really grumpy, but I'm posting this on behalf of my husband, who had his wisdom tooth taken out today and is groggy and in pain.

Jeffe, don't be ridiculous. You can't kill the undead with bullets!   ::)
