Hey, is this the book you called "very graphic" during Type & Gripe one night? The review makes it sound highly interesting, esp. the curious side plot with the author and editor corresponding.

Btw, a question re: possible spoiler in your review....

One quote sounds like a spoiler of some kind: "of particular note is the company doctor, who has everybody completely fooled."

Yes, graphic as in the battlefield being gross, but so real it's cool.

I suppose it could be a spoiler, but it's more of a fun tease.  ;)

lol. Good point. I wish I was better at writing battles.  Oh, well. That's why I have friends who are trained with swords and stuff. ;)
