Hey, how'd I miss this? When did a webcomic review get posted, and who wrote it?
-
It was for a contest a month and a half ago that Fell did.
-
What contest?

Not much there though. It was write a review for us and get a video game.
-
That doesn't help a whole lot, Sprig. What was the contest? I assume it was a 'submit a review' contest?
-
Yep, mainly becasue the contest before that was write a WW2 RPG setting and get a free game. And we all thout that was too time comsumeing.
-
Write a webcomic review and submit it with your email, and we shall send you a rather crap RTS.
I think there was only 1 entry :(
-
Hehe, you know I never did ask Fell how many submissoins there were.
-
Dang. I HATE having a sudden '5.5' webcomic review pop up. Having a comic's fan (or maybe even creator) write a review and just post it throws off the credibility of the entire section.
Not that it wasn't Fell's prerogative to post this, but I really hope that the comic is worth it's score. That's more than we gave 8-BIT THEATER, which is one of the finest webcomics ever made. (I intend to bump that one up, by the way.) But still, a 5.5? That's claiming that this comic is only a half-clock down from SLUGGY and PVP--which I seriously doubt is the case.
-
Well that's what happens when you ask for webcomic submissions. Especialy when the person has different taste/stanaderds then you.
-
I would submit that Wigu isn't THAT good, though it's pretty solid. He gets a good 4.5 in my book.
And you missed it by not paying attention.
I submitted one too, but then yanked my submission because the cartoonist changed his comic immediately afterward and invalidated most of my complaints.
I still intend to re-write it.

Hey, you can't see every forum topic. Also, I sometimes miss things on the main page.
-
As I read every forum topic, I have to say, yes, you can in fact see every forum topic.
-
Don't make me put you in the corner, bucko.
-
/me backs the Koala Beater on this one.
I too, read every forum topic. Well, no, the spam ones from a few weeks ago I opened to have marked as read, but I didn't really read them.
-
Even the forum RPG games you don't participate in? Or, are you part of those? And, you read all of the tabletop and the ccg threads? I'm impressed. I generally ignore topics that cover games I don't play. Of course, I don't work a day job where I can surf the internet.
-
yup, all of 'em. The ones still "active" post infrequently enough that I almost click on them before I even think about it.
-
All I can say is that you're obviously in the right place. I bow before your l33t time-wasting skillz.
-
Ok, I don't read all the forum games I'm not in. I never read AORP, for example, or Patriot City, but I do read Back for Seconds despite not being in it.
Also, I read every section, because while I don't play every type of game often, I do like all of them. (I play RPGs and Video Games a lot, I read Tabletop for the Clix and I do play CCG a bit as of recently.)
