We don't call them "yankees". We call them "Yanks". Which basically translates to "American person" with tones of "Stupid American".

same thing. And unless you want me to start calling you the crocodile hunter, don't call me that.

I do know what the rule is, btw. in the world, an AMerican is a Yankee. In America, An easterner is a yankee. In the east, a northerner is a yankee. In the north, a New Hampshire resident is a yankee.  In New Hampshire, you're only a yankee if you still have an outhouse. Among those who have outhouses, only those who keep ther pr0n in the outhouse are yankees.

Anyway, no, Not a yankee.

In the midwest, a yankee is just a baseball team in new york.

I've been called a yank, by friends, many times her in Oz.

Nebraska!

How dare, I say, how dare you!

I'm from Illinois.  Nebraska is a flat state filled with miles and miles of corn.  Illinois is flat state filled with miles and miles of corn and also some wheat and bean.

I won't take this slight to my honor.

I challenge you to a duel!
