I almost put this in Ookla's help me buy a car thread. But I figured it'd be just as exciting for all you guys who loved the Transformers:

Dang, I really liked it. But I don't read the thread tirelessly--I just checked all of this new one.

If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

Maybe we should just have a running "Weird things that the japanese do" thread.

fuzzy, I'm pretty confident tha tpost belonged in "disturbing things" rather thatn "cool stuff." Incidentally, can someone find a better link to the actual commercial? The link that guy's posted actually goes to some other commercial.

Amazon claims the R2 unit is not currently available, so I don't even have a price on that.

There isn't one anymore on the Japanese McDonlads website, the page he likned too just has the most recent comercials.  Though I guess they're calling them McHotties (there's a male one too).

Found one.

Major insomnia tonight. Browsing and I found these. Apologies if you guys have seen them before. I especially love the Families are Forever one, but I can't seem to link directly to it.
