What Movie should I rent?

We ended up getting Secondhand Lions, and I enjoyed it a lot.

I have to say I was surprised to get recommendations for it from you guys though- it's so sweet, and there aren't enough explosions.

And stacer- I really want to see School of Rock.  Eric Snider gave it a good review, and I almost ALWAYS agree with his choice of movies.

School of rock was great,... I think if anyone but Jack Black had been involved it would have been trite, but the guy has a love and appreciation for rock and roll that shines thorugh even when the movie drags a little. I like that he makes the kids who cant play feel like a part of the band and how he talks up roadies and the people who help out the group. Basically its pretty cool.

Well, I've only made my judgements from the previews, and I must admit that I found something to like even in that Jack Black movie in which Gwyneth Paltrow played a fat girl, so maybe I'll reconsider. Jack Black is more likeable to me than Ben Stiller or Adam Sandler, neither of whom I really like (they're funny, but they always have offensive moments in the movie that turn me off the whole thing).
