So, I was reading wikipedias set of articles on the Rwandan Genocide (cheery reading) and came across this. How crazy is that? I've heard of dodgy lawsuits but that takes the biscuit...

Someone forgot the lessons of History
That and UN Failures and inactio did ALOT to contribute to that (and many other) Bloodbath.  (Ooops found the black box 9 years too late)

Yes. And part of the reason for the inaction was Clintons desire to have a nice, clean break after Mogadishu. So he deliberately avoided helping Rwanda. France was the worst though.

Actually that might have been some other conflict. I read about several silly little 90's wars on wikipedia :<
