Heh, this sounds like a fun book. It seems like you enjoyed it, but I'll ask anyways. Did you enjoy it?

Also, if you liked this you might want to check out Vertigo's "Fables" comic which modernizes fairy tale characters and sets them up in NYC I believe. Hmmm.... maybe I'll write a review of the first trade I have... yes, I will.

But you should check it out at the library or ask Fell or somebody if they have a copy you can borrow and see if you like it.

Oooooh, that sounds like a nice one. You have a copy Fell? Does anyone have one I can borrow?

And yes, I quite liked this book.

I really enjoyed this book and the sequel, too.  Jasper Fforde is a very clever man, though I find it funny that his books aren't put in the sf&f section of the bookstore.  He's in normal fiction.  I guess he's too literary for us poor sf&f folks.
