Well it looks like Square has had some influence on Enix since the merger.  Dragon warrior 8 will actualy be 3D!  As you might know DW stuff is designed by Toriyama (of DBZ fame) and the game looks like a cartoon.  Very nicely done:

I have to say I'm quite excited for this game, it sold 4 million copies in japan in just a few months and it looks to be quite well done.
