Ah, but Entropy, it's what gets passed down through the family that counts, eh? Okay, maybe not. But we do have some southern habits in my family, like biscuits and gravy, probably more from my Missourian stepmom than from being handed down through the generations. And actually, I'm almost as close to being a highlander as you, if you're 4 generations back. Mine are 5.

There might not be any makins for biscuits and gravy in my house right now, but I have lots of potatoes. Mmmm, fried potatoes..... Oh, and SE, my roommate's from the DC area. If we're ever down in your neck of the woods, we can have a TWG East biscuits 'n gravy party.  8)
