I heard that you're coming to the Orem Barnes and Noble store on Dec. 20.   Are you going to be there and if so, what time?  Thanks in advance, Tom.

Kaden (Tolbert the Yeti) is making a table that has a veneer of the Allomantic Metals Chart on it! It's going to be so cool.  Will post when completed!!!!!

This is a compilation of a picture I took in February at the Point of the Mountain in Utah County/Salt Lake County, and at my cousins house.  Josh and his nephew Gabe are looking at the field behind their house.

Looking toward the Terris Dominance outside of Luthadel

I can show you the source images if you want to see.

thank you! thats the quote I was looking for but couldn't find

Didn't the miscloak hang free from the chest down?  I always imagined it as almost a trench coat (no sleeves) with a hood that had the "tassels" below the shoulder blades.

Maybe I'm going crazy.

Anyway,  I got bored, and couldn't stop thinking of the final battle at Kredit Shaw.

I'm not ecstatic about the spires, but this is what I imagined.

It's Mahonri Moriancumer, though leaving out the "e" at the end might make it look even more Jaredite-authentic.

Anyway, Forloc, if you're just asking if Brandon is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the answer is yes.

Thanks.  That reaffirms the allegoric (is that the right word?) connections I was making.

I don't think I'll ever be able to read through all of this.  I hope I don't miss out on anything too important.  Thank you, Brandon.  this book series has been a true joy in my life.  I missed out on seeing you at UVU when you spoke in October.  I don't think you'll ever understand how much this trilogy has meant to me, and I mean that in the SAPPIEST of ways.

I have one question that will hopefully answer a lot about your writing.  Does the name Mahonri Moriancumr mean anything to you?

I saw that obligator, and decided to illustrate my own rendition

The tattoo is based on one of the metal symbols, I forget which.

Brandon Sanderson / I Can't Wait Any Longer.

I am going to sit in bed and count the seconds until MB3, because I have no other reason to live.

Thanks for destroying my life Brandon! :P

Then I guess I made a MistRobe...

Anyway, that was what my envisioning of it was.

13
Is it the hood?  I always envisioned the mistcloak to look somewhat like a cross between a trench coat, Tuxedo, and the robe worn by the main character in the game Assassins Creed.  The hood is a little Jedi-esque I might admit.

14
Added some rough shading, knives, and coloration.  The darkness is a problem, and I'm trying to figure out a way to highlight the MistCloak, with out turning it stark red.  Ash in the background needs improvement too.

Very interesting.  Shying away from the "painting" look is good.  However, that is not what Glass/Obsidian daggers look like... Sorry!

I am kidding of course.  Very interesting interpretation.  I like the Mistcloak in this version, and the background art is incredible.
