That would be either me or CtrZ. At least we hold college degrees in art or design, but there could be others.

IMO the Quantum Ducks as mascots would have to be very dark and serious "SteamPunk/Victorian" and very OCD over the passage of time and clocks in general to avoid utter lameness.
