when does she refer to burning the mists? i can only think of one time that has happened. I like the accessing the reservoir in the blood, makes more sense and links all the magic systems yet keeps them completely different

This was my revelation
TLR was systematically killing off all the feruchemists, which could have been a VERY good thing, reason being that the making of an Inquisitor requires at least one feruchemist, and now with Ruin having total control over the Inquisitors they can capture and make as many new Inquisitors as they want. So TLR was controlling the amount of feruchemists so he could control the amount of Inquisitors.

It sounds legit, but if that were the case wouldn't the being of Ruin/Preservation go and capture Vin/Elend so they can't be killed?

The magic systems are all separate but closely related, that's what Brandon said right? Makes sense that Hemalurgy is made with a combination of the 2 but uses the magic differently. 1 feruchemist for the rapid healing, only attribute we've seen from them so far, and 10 mistings OR that magic metal for the other powers

The only ability we see from feruchemy in SI's is the rapid healing, otherwise it appears they have allomantic abilities.

Alendi heard the pulsing of the Well, no? And, assuming that the prologue described the making of a SI we now know that it does require a feruchemist (which could also go on to explain why TLR was wiping out the feruchemists: So ruin could not influence the Inquisitors to make more) there would be no more feruchemists. So, assuming that Alendi hearing the pulsing of the well makes him a Hemalurgist it was, The "oppression" would be the taking of one with feruchemy and sacrificing them to make one from Khlennium a hemalurgist. We know that ruin was influencing the metalminds and the "piercings of the hero" could just refer to whoever had the most piercings and could be most easily influenced by ruin therefore making them the Hero of Ages. Kinda out there but ya never know
