Title: Will I ever see my stone golems in motion?

It looks like Peter Jackson's movie project-aptly titled "The Hobbit"- based on Tolkien's book of the same name(which I am reading right now btw)may have run into the murky waters of the swamps surrounding the dark forests of Mirkwood. I am personally of the opinion that lawyers and their law suits are just evil and this recent incident has reinforced those views. Oh when will I see my stone golems?

Well, you did get to see them in Fellowship, briefly.
