Should we just say it's at time X (X being when Fell thinks he'll be done) at the Cottontree lobby?

Fell would just need to supply X and we'd be set.

Well, I think Sprig is working there tonight, so he'll be there the whole time anyway, right? So I can just call Kije on my way over there.

Or better yet, Kije, come play laser tag and watch anime with us. You know Peter. Then we can head over together after it's all over.

Do you have details on the shindig?  I might be able to fit some timewasting in this evening...

At 8:30 we meet at Laser Assault to play laser tag, $10 each. Then (around 9:30) we adjourn to Tage and EUOL's house for a movie, most likely anime. The plan is to be done with everything by midnight so Peter can get some sleep.

I could pick you up and shuttle you around if you need me to.

Wow, somehow I wish I had come over this weekend instead of the week I came. =P Of course, I did still have fun, but ce la vie.

Hey, did we forget to open the extra booster last night?

I don't recall...I don't know where that extra booster ended up.  I opened 13.

We took it out, set it on a table, and forgot about it. I bet 42 or Spriggan found it at some point in the evening, but who knows what they did with it.

I suppose it's too much to hope that it had an Oracle in it, and that everyone will give her to me.

What did you guys get, in any case?
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

I'm still kind of giddy that I've got the most expensive fig in the game (Ares) and that I got the other unique I wanted: Prometheus.  The only other notables on my end are an REV Captain Atom, REV Spoiler (best looking fig, worst stats,) and 4 rookie Mr. Freezes.

you could have a whole squad of rookie freezes.
Or you could give it to me, so I can build the team of crappy figs everyone has given me for free.

I ended up with the KC Green Lantern, which means that the evening was a success no matter what else I got. I lost Ares to Kije on a die roll (high rolls wins, I got a 5, he got a...6), but I got the giant-sized Steel, who I'm very excited about. I also got a Mongul, but I'm going to try to trade him away--he's a great brawler, but I have plenty of brawlers, and I'd rather have an Oracle or a Flash or something.

In other figs I got the REV of Joker and Jinx, who are two of the coolest in the set, and I got the Rookie Sinestro (when he's still in the Green Lantern Corps). My GL collection grows ever larger with an Obsidian (Alan Scott's son) and a Carol Ferris bystander token (Hal Jordan's girlfriend). The only figure left that I absolutely must have is the GLC version of Jade, and I'm sure I can trade for her somewhere.

Is there a Heroclix fig of that big pig/cow thing? Forget his name... Gulag? Something...

I don't think so, Gemm, but I'm not a Heroclix authority.

And...guess who traded for the GLC version of Jade at GPP this afternoon for the marquee event that didn't happen?  That's right, me!  I guess I would be willing to trade her to someone who thought that maybe it would be cool if they had her.   Although no one is coming to mind at the moment...
