Oh, uh, yeah, I was going to do that last night. I'll definitely do it tonight or tomorrow morning and send it pronto.

It just occurred to me that we missed this week. I won't be able to do anything for next week, writing or reading, what with class and work. But I'm up for the next week.

Yeah, well, some of us had been out of town all week. I'm hoping ot have chapter 16 done soon. I have a LOT of dialog, and it's hard to do right. Hopefully it'll turn out ok.

Like I said, this week's no good for me. I'm finished with my job on Friday, and after that I'll be more flexible again. I'm just trying to stay afloat this week.

Are we back on for this week? If so, does anyone have anything to send out?

Okay, let's get this out on the table: AS hasn't met in a month or more, and NaNoWriMo begins in less than a month. Are we putting the writing group on hold till after the holidays, or shall we meet for the next couple weeks till NaNoWriMo begins? I'm happy to help people brainstorm for their projects, but don't have any time to do any writing of my own, what with school.

What's everyone's thoughts on this?

I have no idea when the next chapter of TDB will be ready. but I want to outline Soldiers of the Plains before I write it, so I want a session on that. I guess we could do it tonight, theoretically. I'll be at my parents' where i get better connection. Everyone up for it?

I need to start writing again, I know, but I'm still really discouraged about this chapter of TDB. It's not going at all like I want and I never get more than a couple sentences at a time.

I'm available for a meet. We could help get you motivated, if nothing else.

Forsooth, my connection won't be "on" until tomorrow. And even then I'm skeptical about it working. Alas. but yes, I hope it goes well.

hey, Ent, I don't have the chat log with me. What book was that you were recommending last night? With the soldiers? I wanna swing by the library on the way home.

also, are you guys gonna be upset if I change novels? I just realized that a three protagonist novel with a plot I'm not sure about will be much harder to write 50k words on quickly than a one protagonist novel I've been thinking about for over a decade....

I don't care. I wasn't really into the one we were talking about last night anyway.

ok, I'll store last night's convo for future use, and I'll be writing Man of Sorrows. To do so, I guess I have to re-write the first two chapters. Hrm. Do I really want to do that?
