And it only gets harder as they get older and do like to hang out in front of the computer as much as you.  For me, my kids have moved from wanting to drool on the keyboard, to wanting to bang on the keyboard, to wanting to use the keyboard to go to their favorite web sites.

Wow, I wish that my stories right out of college were that good.  An enjoyable read, and unlike most Sanderson novels, I didn't need several days to read it.

I agree with you on the Iridescent Tones, Austre, and Domi.  I beg to differ on Nightblood.  My explanation is spoilerific, so I'll put it down a line or two for those who haven't read Warbreaker.

It acts oddly because it was specifically created to "fight evil."  However, a piece of steel does not have the same conception of good and evil that humans do, and so it sometimes acts in strange ways.  I guess that's what happens when you have a sentient weapon.   But it's definitely not a shard.

Good question.  I'm guessing that Elend needed duralumin because of Ruin's influence on the hemalurgical creatures.  If Ruin were still imprisoned, he would be able to control them without duralumin.

Yes, but your clothing color is limited to black and dark brown.  And don't even get me started on the cost of health insurance...
