embarassment!
« on: March 03, 2006, 12:26:57 PM »
I'm going to bring this up before Fell does to try and stem a negligable amount of embarassment.

I was doing a ban this morning, and copied the wrong IP address.

Suddenly I couldn't log in any more.

That's awesome!  So, I take it that one guy, bot's brother, won't be threatening us anymore?  I hope bot has another computer to post with, he was dressing up nicely.

We actually worked it out so that The_Bot could still post, because he's kind of growing on us.

And yes, I had to un-ban e. I should have just let him wriggle for a while and think about what he'd done.

I'm sure I'll get plenty of thinking about what I've done in.

Ah, thanks for the morning laugh, e & co. That's hilarious. Sounds like something I'd do after not getting to bed until late. lol.

Embarrassment aside, it makes me happy to know that cherub's been exiled. Happy day, kaloo-kalay! :D

Thankyou for not banning me too.  ;) And also, thanks for saying I was "dressing-up nicely", and "growing on" you. I will carry on being a good little member, so as not to get banned too. I would also like to say that I agree with e's decision to ban cherub, after what he put on the so-called compliment thread.

Cheers!
Frankly, I'm shocked. But, even more frankly, I'm always shocked.

This is a whole new forum now, e, (although it might not look like it to you and you think that nothing has changed, but oh, **** are you wrong) and you don't want to get on the wrong side of me.

Got that? Oh, don't need to ask you because you haven't. But anyway, now I've just explained that to you, bog off and leave me alone, or I turn nasty.

I couldn't help but laugh out loud when I read that post.  ;D  He was asking to be banned.

When I read that quote, I think of a chihuahua. A chihuahua wearing a brown coat from old american movies, smoking a cigar, and speaking through his 5 o clock stubble, emphasising his jaded world-view with nicotine stained hands and a half-empty cup of coffee.

But still a chihuahua.
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

Now I feel better about all the times I've locked myself out of places.

That quote from Cherub reminds me of a monologuing villain, going on about how he can't be stopped right before the trap door snaps open underneath him and dunks him into the tank of ravenous sharks.
