The Update
« on: April 25, 2006, 04:01:22 AM »
I got into the MFA program in creative writing at San Jose State.

And at this moment that is all I can say about that.

It's sad that you'll leave us, but congratulations. Masters programs for creative writing are not easy to get into (as I'm sure you know).

That's awesome. It's sad that you'll be leaving, but what a great opportunity!

Very cool.

But you'll be leaving Utah, not TWG, right?

Congratulations on that. Though I would guess from the wording that you havent' decided if you'll accept or not. Best of luck with the decision; I'm sure it won't be an easy one.

Being accepted is always good (much better than being rejected). Congrats. Now you can decide to accept or reject San Jose State.

San Jose! Cool. That's a beautiful area. My little brother served his mission there. Congrats, Fish.

So I've decided to go, crazy though that may be.  And I feel really good about it.

And no, I'm not leaving TWG.  TWG may in fact prove to be my sanity, since I have no friends in the bay area as of now.

But I suppose I'll make some.
