It doesn't seem like you need much photoshop ability to do that--it's all screen-shots by requirement.  If you sent me screen shots I could crop them for you in the way you want without much problems at all.  Give me a PM or AIM me on RingTLemur if you think you need some help doing that, I'm glad to help.
