Mayfair Games, makers of Settlers of Catan, are holding a Scenario Design Contest.

Most of the prizes are pretty lame, but the grand prize is the hand-painted 3D Settlers set, and I can tell you from personal experience that it is a thing of exquisite awesomeness.
They're accepting submissions all the way through October, so get cracking!
