Alicia Silverstone sucked as Batgirl.  She shoulda been called "Fatgirl."   Know who would have made a good Batgirl?  As much as I hate her TV series, I think Sarah Michelle Gellar would have made a perfect Batgirl.

I don't know, I thought she at least made the movie watchable. I don't think I could take SMG's typecast attitude as batgirl, but that might just be due to how disappointed I was in the last 4 seasons of Buffy.

She's MAYBE a size 6. Which is about 3 or 4 sizes less than the average American woman. It's attitudes like that from men that reinforce the idea that women must be a size 2 to be attractive.

I personally find too skinny just as unattractive as too overweight.  And if Slant is willing to trade Silverstone for Jolie, then we can't trust his judgement anyway.

Jolie isn't just slim; she's trim and in very good physical shape.  She has muscle tone.  Alicia Silverstone is just a doughgirl.  Sorry, just my opinion.  EVERYBODY, male AND female, ought to make an effore to be in good shape.  I say this as a formerly out-of-shape guy who now has a 31 inch waist and can press his own body weight.

You can actually be in shape and have some body fat... in fact it might be healthier to have some body fat rather than be completely ripped.

sorry, I find Jolie more sexually magnetic than than silverstone. It's not cuz Silverstone is fat, though she does kind of project chubby, it's just an appearance thing, I'd have to argue that she really isn't fat at all. It's just that Jolie is sexier. I could deal with her as batgirl.
