I'll go along with the Nightmare before Christmas. I love that show.

I could add one. Bubba Ho-Tep. That was a pretty good "thriller" type of movie. Not that it had anything downright gorey or infintesmily scary (unless your of the 65+ age group). I'm not a big fan of horror movies though. Child's Play was my first forte in the genre, at the age of 6. Ever since I've hated dolls. Or at least ones remarkably similar to Charles....

We watched The Nightmare Before Christmas on Halloween, and it was a good Halloween-and-Sunday kind of movie. I hadn't seen it in years. It's funny and fun.

Sweeney Todd, however (from another movie night), was just plain disturbing. Which works for Halloween, too. Great music, and a moving story. You certainly come away pondering.

That's right, you were at the Sweeney Party. Man, I love that show. The question is, did you eat pot pies during intermission?
