What places would everyone want to go to? The only restaurants I'm really familiar with in Provo are Macaroni Grill and Thai Chili Pepper, so I'm all for branching out. Oh, there is that Korean place, too. Point being, though, I'm no expert, so I'm looking to you all to say what's good, and I'll come along.

Macaroni Grill is pretty darn good though. However since I'm taking a serious pay cut, I would prefer to go for something more like Fazoli's, which is a tasty and perfectly respectable place to sit down, especially with large noisy group.

A barbecue and games sounds great. Unfortuantely, I'm working Friday early morning, mid-afternoon, and all evening (15 hours).

I'm committed to a game on Saturday night. So maybe I'll just have to see if I can catch people at LTUE on Saturday morning and afternoon.

You have the craziest work schedule, 42. It seems like we can never manage to do something on a day you're free.

I'm staunchly opposed to the Macaroni Grill, but since I'm not going that doesn't really matter.

I've never had a good meal there. I think I've been three times, which I consider to be a fairly good sample for a supposedly wonderful restaurant, and I've always been very disappointed with their dry, bland food.

To me, Macaroni Grill is just a pompous Olive Garden (which is saying a lot, since the Olive Garden is already pretty pompous). I'll take Buona Vita or Della Fontana any day--basically, anything that's not a chain. There's one in Salt Lake that I can't remember the name of right now, but it's awesome. The only major Italian franchise that I like is Buca di Beppo, and that might just be because of the people I eat with rather than the food I eat.

Force whoever picks you up to take you to the "Red Iguana", at gunpoint if you have to.  It's the best Mexican place I've ever eaten.  And it's not very expensive either.

(Well, if you like Mexican I guess)
