So, what do you think?  They just burning illegal copies and shipping them off?  There's also a line in their FAQ that says "These are backup copies" or something like that.

I think yes, they're burning copies, have a good labeling device, and make a lot of money by doing it in a country that doesn't have extradition agreements with the US over copyright issues.
