I believe that's the Player's Handbook.

It's a pretty standard abbreviation for Player's Handbook. My target audience is D&D players, who would probably know that. But if there's lots of complaints, I'll edit it.

My advice would be to always spell something out the first time it appears in an article. Since this only appears once, the same thing applies.
