Celebration!
« on: April 24, 2003, 10:49:48 PM »
Gentlemen,

Today I passes my clinic proficiency and recieved my White Coat.  After years of schooling, two of which in optometry, I finally feel like I'm making progress.  It's one of the biggest days of my student career.

AND I CAN SEE PATIENTS NOW!

Hoody Hoo!

Just thought I'd share my excitement.

So they fixed your eyes?

OH!

You mean that you're allowed to be a part of the whole treatment/doctoring process. See, I got the whole optometry thing mixed up.

In the Coast Guarad we have a tradition, when a new officer qualifies to stand bridge watch unsupervised all of his watch comes up in lifejackets and hardhats.

So Imagine that we all show up in your exam room with lots of malpractice lawyers.

Enjoy your new status!

Congratulations, Pleasington! If you ever drop by Utah we'll celebrate with a dinner, but in the meantime we'll have to celelbrate without you.

Thanks guys!  I can't wait to start seeing patients.

And now it's just two more years until I can change my handle to Dr. Pleasington!
