Title: In honor of Ninja Day
Post by: Slant on December 05, 2003, 11:12:26 PM
In honor of the black-clad holiday, I'm conducting a little poll.  What is the coolest ninja movie/anime/comic/tv show of all time?  This can include a non-ninja show too, as long as at least one ninja is at least semi-prominant.

So by those criterion, I pick GI Joe.  You have Snake Eyes, Stormshadow, Kurakama, Jinx, and Billy.

If you were to limit me to a movie, I would have to make mention of all the wonderfully dated Sho Kosugi films back in the 80's.

Then of course there is the first TMNT film, which really kicked shell.

And Ninja Scroll, which was pretty gosh-darned graphic for a cartoon.

How many of us remember when Lee Van Cleef played The Master on television?

So, give me some of YOUR ninja memories.......

I have to say that TMNT is the first thing that comes to mind.

Although I've become attached to the ninja monkeys on Kim Possible.

The Last Samurai.  There's a fight between the Samurai and Ninjas in it that it the cooliest/realistic live action fight between the two I've ever seen.
