Let's hope the Sorcerers in the area don't find out about this place . . .
-
Or paladins.
Seriously, though, if i saw this sign in real life, i would totally have to stop there if just to check it out.
-

this is a laugh at not with....
-
Stacy Whitman posted it on her blog/facebook. It's a costume shop in Salt Lake City.

Does the bonus stack?
I wonder...

I wonder...
Nah, probably just a regular enhancement bonus. That's how they reel you in.

How is it sad? I think it's utterly hilarious. :)
-
I agree. I thought it was cute.
-
I don't get it what's so weird about CNG cars? 8|
-
(@ Kaz) I'm pretty sure that was intended as a joke/to be cute/funny. . . .
-
I find that it is probably funny for the people interested in acting out RPG's or cosplay people...in other words people that are....different (yes i know i am...different....but mine is a tasteful...different :-X) though i think the older people in my family would laugh
-
You obviously haven't been to either of the major release parties...
Nah, but LARPing is actually quite fun. It's a chance to get away from who you are for a little bit of time, and have fun with your friends. I use it sometimes to get a feel for how my characters would act, and be able to discribe things better in my books. You should give it a try sometime. It's quite fun.
-
What's LARPing?
A friendly warning to Kaz: Watch how derogatory you sound when speaking about other people, especially at places where those people might see what you said. And the Internet is one of those places.
-
What's LARPing?
Live action role playing.
it's when people dress up and act out things, usually fantasy or sci fi. Like mock battles, or scenes from books, movies, etc, or just plain acting out any old table top RPG like D&D or something.
Some people also consider dressing up for renaissance fairs, conventions, and stuff like that to be LARPing too, but i think it's kinda debatable, since it's more like dressing up for a costume party.
-
And, as Ee forgot to mention, it's dram good fun.

Yeah, those people are silly. LARPing is RPing live, not dressing up in costume (though that may be part of the experience).
-
Take it from me. LARPing and going to a faire in costume are not the same thing. (Unless you're part of a guild, but then you take on the persona of someone from history. So, then you are LARPing in a sense. But that's a compleately different can of worms.)
-
Kaz, you should watch what you say about cosplayers, you never know when you might change your mind...
*smirks*
-
Silk at level 19 give me a rope...one that wont break when i make a noose
-
XD
But that means I wouldn't be able to watch you suffer, Kaz-y dear!
As I have suffered...
:P
-
Better than a flea-ridden cosplayer, I suppose.
Cosplaying gets a bad rap, but that's only because cosplayers are the people who cosplay. ::)
-
why must misery have company? :'(
-
Woah.. my brother used to work at that place! Small world!
-
Good sir, I see success in your future.
-
Lies i see fleas in your future...lots of them that go away and then come back again!!!!
-
I don't mind if I'm flea ridden as long as I'm successful :) Nobody can see the fleas on the other side of the book ;)
-
You'll soon be penniless
-
Holy crap.. I am penniless now! You amaze me with your ability to see the future... um.. spare a dime?
-
here's a quarter....yeah silk and i had the hard road you have and as you can see with silk it just gets worst
