Chapter 2 is out. I'll post questions for it later. Gotta run to conference.

Just a question:

Do you guys mind me posting writer-themed discussion topics in this area?  I figured this was a good place, since the topics near the top were getting a bit cluttered, for good, serious writing discussions.

However, I realize you founded this section specifically for writing groups.  If I'm cluttering things up too much, I can pack up and go back to 'Everything Else.'

no, it's fine. We kind of happily accept anyone into the group who wants to come, so why not have a quasi-group right on the message board.

I think you miss-understood me. (Or I miss-understood your response.) I'm not looking to writing group (yet.)  I just want to make certain it's okay with you all that I'm making topics in this area of the forum.  (Like my 'Women help poor EUOL' topic.)

I think what he's saying is that's the sort of thing a writing group does, and it's not a real writing group, but it's a supportive group kind of environment where you can start topics and get responses. Which is great.

Right, SE?

And I'm actually glad you did start posting EUOL. We've started to talk about more than just when the next writing group discussion is going to be.

Just to be sure I'm clear on this--are we now going to meet at our regular time (9 ASST) on IRC instead of AIM? Or are we still doing AIM?

I'll just conect to both. you guys choose what we're going to do. IRC is easier in terms of connecting in a chat, i think

JP has family coming, so he probably won't be there again. I will be there, however.
