Yes, but he's ALWAYS late for appointments, so the atium would so where he would be from being late, he could counter that.  It almost seems like it would give you an atium shadow.
when i said atium enough said i was talking about how you said a feurochemist could beat an allomancer

Brandon Sanderson / Re: Mistborn or Elantris

I would recomend Mistborn because it has an active magic system, action, warfare ( as aposed to political intrige), and if he likes it he can get more one of the biggest problems i had with Elantris is when i finished it i was sure there was a sequal, so i started looking around and found out that there isn't one ( although he might right one in the future)

Feruchemy kicks butt. I've said this a few times already on here, but a fully charged and battle trained Feruchemist could kick all but the supercharged versions of the other magic systems (God King Awakener, Mist-fueled Vin, etc...)

An kinda funny/cool/weird idea just popped into my head though. What would happen if Grandpa Smedry faced off against Sazed?

Atium, enough said

Yeah. Achilles can kill two hundred men, not Roran. Maybe fifty, maximum.

I also thought the end battle for Eragon felt equally tacked on. It was very sudden, like "Hey, Eragon, we just spotted Urgals coming through the tunnels... you might need to do something about it."

Another problem I have with the entire Inheritance Cycle is Galbatorix's laziness. I cannot remotely think of a reason why he should stay cooped up in Uru'baen other than to just give Eragon a chance to grow stronger. That's probably my biggest qualm with the series as a whole, Galbatorix's idiocy. Maybe there is a logical explanation, but I doubt it is that illuminating.

Galbatorix just doesn't care about his people he is confident that he is strong enough to destroy the varden so he waits; although you do make a good point the author is putting it on alittle thick, expecting readers to go along with all the unrealistic parts ( i know its fantisy but i mean still  Roran killing 200 men, Eragon meeting the god; and alot of the book is completly unrealated for example he meets a guy in an abandoned elf tower and then hes running back to the varden how is that connected)

Hard to choose just one, since they are all awesome.

I picked Feruchemy. Always liked how it was described and how it could be played out. Yes, there are times I wish I could store up weightlessness and just float down the side of a cliff.  ;)
technically you wouldn't store weightlessness you would store weight and become weightless

for me it was hard to deside because i liked them all so much but i guess, it was hero of ages because of the way political intrige turned to out right warfare sure FE and WOA had fighting but HOA there was hardly a chapter without some form of fighting
