Title: Fireworks?

Are they simple machinations that are purely contrived for the sole purpose of money laundering, or do you actually find this time of celebration and extravagant air lighting to be a factual truth that can be laid before you and as well set your heart a-flutter and mind boggling?

Some teenagers out playing in the street last night with firecrackers after the show was over. ok, actually it was after 1am.   I took consolation in the fact that their playing with firecrackers was less noisy than what they normally do at night, which is drive around the block on noisy motorcycles or in cars with stereos the size of Brazil.

We were going to go watch the fireworks, but there's a large tree about where the fireworks were going up, and so we couldn't see much. So we stayed in and watched Star Trek IV on tv and the microwave blew up.  That's how we spent our 4th of J celebration.

I just wish the microwave hadn't been feeling so into the spirit.
