Yeah well, if you have another, it's not like I'll be able to catch up. You're almost 1000 posts ahead of me....And yes. I know those times. I'm having one right now...kind of. I have nothing to do on the internet, so I'm bouncing around between about 8 tabs still doing absolutely nothing....And I know I should be writing my short story, yet here I am, wasting time...

I'm feeling like that about my novel.  I'm trying to write the scenes of the climax and it feels like I'm Sisyphus.  So I get about 100 words out then I have to go pace to clear my head.  Nothing else is getting done either.

Yeah, I can only handle a little bit of translating at a time, too, sometimes.  Lately I've been getting a gaming itch lately, which isn't good...

Ah, but it would be much more fun to say, "I win in socially awkward moments" than just to say "I win." And were you to say it in a socially awkward moment, you would in fact win in a socially awkward moment.

I level with this post. So hopefully it will be cooler than apprentice supplicant.

EDIT: Wow. I was sincerely hoping it wouldn't just be something boring like supplicant. Apparently I should just take what I can get. Being rejected is no fun.

I level up with this post. As a current Victorious Mercenary, there will most likely be a complete change in fate for me. Instead of "victorious", I'll be something like "Crippled". Cursed irony!

EDIT: Wow, an actual promotion! I'm genuinely shocked.

Well, you can only be crippled so often. I'm kind of glad that you do get promoted sometimes. It makes it that much easier when you get a demotion to realize that you'll eventually get a better position.

That's a very good point, Andrew. It's like going from an Overlord to a Hermit. You can really only go up from there...Like, becoming Enlightened....And then you drop again, because apparently Enlightened-ness brings on Loneliness, or something? I don't know....I hate these titles. I'm not even making any money. Argh.

EDIT: Also, I have now leveled up (not with this post, but I'm editing it so as not to double post....). A people's friend. Does this mean I'm making money? Or not? Because it seems to me like I've gone down in the world. Sure, I'm popular, but...I don't even have a managerial position anymore.  :(
