Britain loses its marbles

Over the weekend England lost the international marbles tournament.  In the 70 years of the tournament, they have won 68 times.  Germany beat them this year and last.  Is the British Marble Empire fading?

CNN - it's really the only news I ever watch.

Head line news or regular CNN?  I watch Headline some times and they have lots of wack stuff like that on.  My favorite was that someone in Wyoming last summer was going to cover thier house in cheese for a festaval

Usually regular CNN.  My cable channels from 41-49 are all news, and I flip through them - stopping occasionally on FoxNews to laugh at their "unbiased and high-quality journalism."  Other than that, I read CNN.com and I get the New York Times.  That's news to me.

Ah yes the two most blatenly liberal media sorces in the US.  At least fox didn't lie about Sadam to suck up to him

I don't know, I was able to watch CNN and read the NYT and still support the war.

The reason I laugh at Fox News is because their morning people are about as professional and intelligent as high school TV.

The other reason that I enjoy the NYT, especially the opinion section, is the same reason I prefer the Salt Lake Tribune to the Deseret News:  I already know what I think - I like to hear what other people think.
