Starcraft can kill

Quote
A 28-year-old South Korean man collapsed and died of exhaustion after playing a computer game almost non-stop for 50 hours.

The man, identified only by his family name Lee, sat down to play the online battle simulation game Starcraft at an internet cafe in the southern city of Taegu last Wednesday morning and stayed there for the next three days, stopping only for brief naps or toilet breaks.

South Korean newspapers reported that Lee had recently been fired from his job because he spent too much time playing computer games. When he failed to return home by Friday, however, his mother asked his former colleagues to find him.

When they reached the cafe, Lee told his friends that he would finish the game and go home. He died a few minutes later.

"We presume the cause of death was heart failure stemming from exhaustion," a Taegu provincial police official said.
I got soul, but I'm not a soldier.

Was wondering what game it was, should have figured it was starcraft considering the same thing happened to another person about 3-4 years ago in Korea.

Wow. I just started playing Starcraft again a couple days ago. Weird.

I keep hoping. I mean, they could make the Terrans from Earth a different race than the Terrans from local space. They could revive the Overmind and then make the units for Overmind Zerg and Kerrigan Zerg different
The Xel'Naga would obviously return. That'd give you 6 factions. Sweet, huh?

Maybe thourgh in a completely new alien force.  Like an elite set of aliens that are super strong, but are harder to make

Congratulations on describing the Protoss, Legion.
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

Protoss I see as more of a smarter preditor type alien, I am talking about just pure strength and nothing more.

You can see them how you want I suppose, but the protoss are the elite and expensive force in starcraft. The terrans are the one with stealth units. The protoss have units with higher damage than the other races, the zerg have pure numbers and the terrans have a mix.

I wouldn't say that the Terrans are the ones with stealth units, so much as the ones with long-ranged weapons. The Terrans have ghosts and wraiths that can cloak, but Protoss have Dark Templar and Arbiters. As for being long ranged, the Terrans have the only starting unit that is ranged, they have siege tanks, and Yamato gun. The other races have range, but nothing like a deployed siege tank or Yamato gun.

and the protoss would use high volumes of numbers to attack enemies too...the Carrier's could send a swarm of things to attack anything.

yeah, but Carriers behave as one unit. THe behavior is very different from a swarm of zerglings. The Intercepters in the carrier cannot be directed to attack separate targets. It's Protoss rely more on their shields and larger damage, not to mention higher body points for combat. The Zerg don't protect their units, they just send a horde out. You EXPECT to lose units with the Zerg. THat's why they're so cheap.
