Title: Gorillaz...where are they now?
Post by: MasterShake on February 09, 2005, 10:39:03 PM
Well I was recntly cleaning my room when I found my old gorillaz cds ;D I really liked them they brought back memories...but then I realized that they haven't had a new cd in a long time.....does anyone know what has happened to them?

-Gorillaz-Clint Eastwood
I ain't happy, I'm feeling glad
I got sunshine, in a bag
I'm useless,but not for long
The future is coming on
I ain't happy, I'm feeling glad
I got sunshine, in a bag
I'm useless, but not for long
The future is coming on
It's coming on
It's coming on
It's coming on

Yeah... Ha Ha!
Finally someone let me out of my cage
Now, time for me is nothing cos I'm counting no age
Now I couldn't be there
Now you shouldn't be scared
I'm good at repairs
And I'm under each snare
Intangible
Bet you didn't think so I command you to

3 centimetres...

If you had taken the time to look three centimetres lower on your monitor, resolution dependant, but assuming a typical 800 *680 to 1280 *1000 or whatever it is resolution range, you would have seen the "Cool Lyrics" thread, which is where we post lyrics. Also note "Musical Sparks" a game where we post lyrics that somehow match the previous lyrics.

Of course, if you had clicked three centimetres higher, you would have seen the "Your Guide to Music" thread, and I wouldn't have had to bother saying this.

That said, Gorillaz are pretty cool, but not that cool. They gain about fifty cool points for having Del rap, though.

And if you would have looked down half a page you would see a thread about their new album comming out in a few months.

"you"

that's the hazing every newbie gets. You gave a bad impression at first, and the regulars being human beings, we sometimes have a hard time overlooking that impression. You haven't had any actual reprisal other than one post deletion, so you're doing pretty well.

MasterShake (n):

The MasterShake is a rare species of the "n00b" order. It's distinctive features are common to the order, and include an inability to spell, plagerism of internet content, and a complete disregard for rules or instructions of those in charge of where it inhabits. The MasterShake claims that these issues are a result of it's "Bad Habitat", leading scientists to believe that the MasterShake is a mutant strain of n00b produced by an unfortunate living arrangment of some kind. While the claims of "Bad Habitats" lend credence to this theory, no actual proof has yet been discovered.

The MasterShake is a distant relative of the "Craptacualr", first discovered by Tycho Brahe of Penny Arcade fame.
