The new Bond
« on: May 05, 2005, 07:38:41 PM »
I read an article a few days ago that ran through a list of likely suspects for the new James Bond--Jude Law, Clive Owen, blah blah blah. The coolest one on the list, though, was Christopher Walken: sure he's not British, young, or an action hero, but can you imagine him in the role? That would rock so hard, there would be no rocks left.

And therefore no rocks left to throw! By golly, it's genius!

I must heartily agree.  Therefore he will, of course, not get the part, but perhaps the ninja monkeys can elimiate the competition?

According to Sci-fi wire Judy Dench said Bronsen would be back for Casino Royal.  This was only like 2 days ago.

I'm very curious to see how they bring Casino into the 00's. And yay for Pierce!

And the trek geeks try really hard not to associate with the TNG episode.

Bond would rule with a phaser and teleporter. Though not as much as bashir did, naturally.

And I didn't think of that episode until you mentioned it fuzzy. Not the best episode ever.
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

the transporter would have to be located inside his pda, though, which would double as a tri-corder. The phaser would be hidden in his shoe.

Judi Dench has been saying Brosnan's coming back for a while now. They've never been able to confirm it.

Whatever happened to the for say NEW James Bond?  At one time it was rumored that the new Bond would be . . . . . . . . how to put it nicely, hmmmmm?  Gay?

Like I said I am not saying this implying it is true . . . . I just heard that RUMOR thingy again.  If they did indeed attempt such a concept I think it would ruin James Bond as an IDOL!

I think a gay James Bond would make me laugh nearly as much as Good Hitler does.

NiiiggggNNN!

A Good Hitler would be just as funny.  Trying to behave in a psycho, yet peaceful manor.
