Javascript to Flash question

Alright.  I've successfully, and may I say easily, made my javascript talk to my embedded flash movie...in IE.  I'm having no luck at all getting it to work in firefox.  Any suggestions?

All I need to be able to do is tell the movie what frame to jump to.

I've never coded JS for Gekko but I do know it's a slightly different language then IE's JS so there's probably a different set of functions you have to use.  I know a few places that might have the different code for this, I'll look around tonight from work and let you know what I find.  You can also try going to www.actionscript.org and running a search of the forums there, some of the best flash programmers and designers in the world  hang out there.

Firefox, mozilla and netscape use the Gekko core browser to build browser around and it has a different JavaScript syntax then IE uses.
