Whatever happened to the old meaning to "gay," you know, when it ment happy?  As in the song, "I feel pretty... Oh so pretty... I feel pretty, and witty, and gay!"

Note: I am not the "gay" as in homosexual.  I may fall into Sprig's Gay (as in stupid) classification from time to time.  Just for clarification.
