I posted these about a year ago.  And #3 and #4 are the best.  I wonder if he's ever going to finish #9 (which isn't on that site anymore), he's had the demo for it done for quite some time.

Whew, my cynicism in humanity is restored! Remember that awesome 11 minute Super Mario Bro. 3 video? Turns out it's not entirely legit. The guy actually played on an emulator, and saved every frame of play and used save-states to edit the thing together. The project took him 2 years to do, so he's still a nut, just a different kind of nut.

It's important to note, though, that he still actually DID everything in the video, just frame-by-frame and with insta-rewind through save-state. Here's the story:

so....he spent TWO YEARS trying to make a video that shows he's as good as possible at a game that was already TEN YEARS OLD when he started the project, for what reason? COmmunity adoration. Dollars to doughnuts, he'll be living with his parents when he's 30
