Is there any major reason why I can't see any of the stuff that normally above the reply box, like the smilely's and the html options? Is it just me, cause I sure hope not.
-
it's just you
-
Why is it me... what happened? I feel naked and alone without all that stuff...
-
It's very tempting to say "it's just you" ANY TIME you get confused about reality, but in this case, yeah, it's just you. Maybe your connection pooped out or somthing. All the YABBC tag and smiley buttons are there for me.
-
ok... ok.. I'll be ok. Won't hyperventilate.... its ok... nothings wrong... I'm fine.
-
Huh, well I just replied to this to check, and yeah, they're all still there. Um, reboot?
-
Well... that restart did nothing...
-
I blame the children.
It's probably something to do with your connection and or cache. You use dial-up?
-
No, I'm on my campus' wireless internet connection. And I just installed a new video card maybe an hour ago. A ATI Radeon 9000 128 MB DDR.

I don't think it would be your graphics card. it looks like just some graphics. Are you getting anything like this on other web sites? Have you refreshed? Move your mouse over one of the smilies (rather, where the smilies should be) does your mouse cursor change when you do? Right click and see if you get an option for "show picture" (if you're in Windows).
-
Nothing
-
nothing when you hover, when you click? or what?
Do you see any placeholders for the pictures? Or just blank space. DO you see the drop down for the text color?
What web browser are you using?
-
I'm using IE. There's just the tect color box, and a menu for the message icon. I get nothing when "hovering" or focusing on the parts where the things should be.
-
three things to look at, before you move the mouse over any links or anything: is the little "planet" at the top right stop spinning? Does the text in your status bar at the bottom say "Done?" and does the dark blue progress bar at the bottom (roughly in the middle) disappear?

I just downloaded Mozilla, and have started using it. I guess it was a problem with microshaft's stupid product. Oh, and with Mozilla I can see everything now.
