As I looked on Brandon's website today, I noticed that the release date for Warbreaker is up! It says that it will come out on 6/15/09.
I eagerly await its arrival :D

I have a birthday around that time..... :D

Sweet! I have resisted reading the e-manuscript because I knew Brandon already had enough feedback on this one. So I might as well wait until I can get the final version all nice and bound. :)
OK, yeah, I couldn't resist reading a few chs. But, still, I showed much restraint!

Awesome news!
I too have the e-manuscript, and like you Dr., have only read a few chapters. Think I'll hold off as well. I like reading physical books more than the other kinds. :)

Too many good books coming out to read.....I need like some sort of time stasis chamber.

I have no idea what to read these days--off topic i know--but what books are you talking about exactly?

Great! Can't wait to read it! :)

This is discussing the free e-book EUOL has on his website. It's called warbreaker, and you can read it now. What we are discussing is the publishing date of the physical book.

Er, he's referring to the quote about "too many good books coming out to read." Warbreaker is just one book, so he's asking, explicitly off topic, what those other books are.
-
Ooooh. The release date is right before my husband's birthday.
And he'll probably think that I bought him a cookbook when I bring home a Border's bag. Ultimate cover up!
-
Yes! I can't wait. I enjoyed both versions 4 and 5. Haven't had quite enough time to go through 6. I think I'll just wait for the hardcover now. ;D
Now I have more time to finish WoT before AMOL is out!

We have this book, I am still catching up on Mistborn which the new one just came out, the end of the wheel of time is nearing vaguely, Dan's book is coming out soon, both series of Jim Butcher's are releasing over the next 6 months or so, not to mention whatever it is I am catching up on.

Such an amazing book, I can't wait to read the copy edit of it! :]
