Well folks, it's still rumor, but it looks like a little more official rumor now.

I remember that the TV movie was horribly painful to watch, despite the fact that I loved the show when I was a kid. I'll be surprised if they can pull this off.
-
Any Knight Rider movie should include a cameo by Airwolf.
-
As long as Hasselhoff dosen't sing in the movie, it will probaly be decent. But then it wouldn't be popular in Germany
-
Airwolf vs. Knight Rider. Now that would be cool.
-
That would be almost as good as Freddy vs. Jason
-
Airwolf vs. Knight Rider vs. Mr. T and his van now that would be better then cool
-
Mr. T's van would go down in a second. If you want to make it a fight, give him the rest of the A-Team and let them spend an afternoon retrofitting a bulldozer with armor and missile launchers.
-
What about the A-Team vs. The Greatest American Hero?
-
Stop, stop. The nostalgia is killing me.
-
Conincidently enough, they are making a Greatest American Hero movie also, from what I can gather.
-
That's awesome, but it doesn't excuse the notable lack of A-Team movies. I've been complaining to my wife for years now that they should make an A-Team movie, and for some reason that hasn't made a difference. Maybe I should start complaining to someone who actually has influence in Hollywood....
-
Actualy there is a A-Team movie in the works. Mel Gibson is some how attached to the movie.
-
Who would be the ideal cast? Would they still be Nam vets - that would make them pretty old these days. Of course, Murdock and Mr T are still around, but they're old. I have no idea what Face is doing nowdays, but Hannibal is dead.
-
Use the old cast, replacing Hannibal with Anthony Hopkins. You can't go wrong.
-
I think Fell just wanted to say that. Even though I don't know who this Hannibal character is (other than from Silence of the Lambs, etc..), but I don't know the A-Team one. I don't watch enough Nick@Night to know. Plus I'm not that old that I would have seen the show on primetime.

For those who haven't seen the show, it starts with a [rest home, orphanage, ranch] being threatened by [thugs, mafia, mega-corporations] so a group of ex-Vietnam mercenaries come in and save the day by turning a [bulldozer, school bus, ice cream truck] into a tank. Throw in the occasional break to bust the crazy guy out of an asylum or drug Mr. T to get him on a plane, and you've got the plot of every episode ever made. Man, I love that show.
-
Also, the A-Team and their enemies could fire cartridge after cartridge of ammo throug every type of machine gun at each other and no one would ever get shot.
Apparently they weren't using rifled barrels...or something.
God I love the show, though. I used to catch reruns when I'd run home for lunch in undergrad. It was a daily ritual with some of my friends.
-
You also forgot the fact that Face is always putting the moves on some girl, unless that girl is the token girl that is hanging out with them that season - that girl makes comments about Face's womanizing.
My favorite part of the show is that 90% of the time the bad guys are rednecks. Rednecks working for the mafia usually, and always wearing flannel.

Hannibal is the leader of the A-Team. Tough but lovable grandpa type. Supposedly takes after the Carthegenian of the same name. Smoke a big cigar. Always.
