Alright, I know there are a lot of these. And even some come with people. I currently don't have any on mind, but I do have one in mind for me. Tell me, how does this sound:

If I ever meet, in person, a human being who has his or her own catch phrase, I will swiftly and brutally beat that person with a hammer. Or, if Tage is around and has one on him, a big metal baseball bat.

It's less that catch phrases aren't fun, and more than catch phrases aren't fun for anyone EXCEPT you.  Unless you are a cartoon character, a catch phrase will just lose you friends.

Just say no, Gemm.

Might have had? That's kind of harsh, though I'm sure unintentional. We all love Gemm! Just the non-catch phrase version.
