Title: New Gorillaz album
Post by: Spriggan on November 08, 2004, 09:07:48 AM
I know me and Fuzzy are the only people here that like them, but the new Gorillaz album is comming out next spring.  The guy in charge of the "project", the lead singer of Blur (can't remember his name) dumped Dan the Automater for the guy the mixed the White Album so I'm pretty excited about it.

I've heard two Gorillaz songs, and they both ruled.

Wait, did you say Dan the Automater? As in the guy who raps with Del Tha Funkeee Homosapian  (AKA the guy who rapped in Gorrilaz 'Clint Eastwood') on the album Deltron 3030?

Please, enlighten me and tell me what album I must buy tomorrow.

It's not going to be like the last "new" one in which it was just their songs remixed, is it? Because that slammed me. Plus adding to that my actual copy of their first album broke. In half. It had no reason too, it just did. That upset me. But I'll look into it.

Ya JP that Dan "the Automator" Nakamura, I don't think Del Tha Funkeee Homosapian is going to be back either.  They haven't confirmed any one except De la Suol and since the gorillaz is a compalation group (for lack of a better name) where only Damon Albarn (the singer) is the same it's not known who will be on it.

I know they're MTV links, but it's the only site that has a decent report on this.

you can catch the new video for Feel good inc. here (http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia/virg001/gorillaz/video/demon_days/gorillaz_feel_good_inc_hi.asx?siteid=fansite), or just the song here (http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia/virg001/gorillaz/audio/demon_days/feel_good_00.asx)

The style is different then the last album, both music and art wise, but it's a very good song and video.
